Carpet Cleaning - Residential and Commercial

- Hot Water Extraction
Extraction is one of the most popular methods and it's recommended by the majority of carpet manufacturers. It involves pretreating the carpet with chemicals that are designed to breakdown and loosen soils. A machine is then used to agitate the carpet and inject high pressure hot water into the fibers. A wand connected to a high power suction system then removes the hot water, cleaning solution, and soil.

- Rotary Bonnet System
With this system, a pretreatment detergent is applied to the carpet in order to breakdown and loosen soil. A machine with a rotary brush and a moistened cotton or rayon pad is then used to agitate the carpet and absorb the soils. As the bonnets become soiled, they are replaced with clean ones. This method leaves some detergent residue in the fibers. However, the detergent is specially designed to crystallize and bond with soils as it dries. Once fully dry, the crystallized residue is vacuumed up.
